Challenge

The existing store ran on an outdated template platform: pages took up to 7 seconds to load on mobile, and checkout was losing customers at the payment step. The owners had traffic, but not the sales that traffic should have produced.

Solution

We ran a technical audit and replaced the template platform with a custom build. Checkout was rebuilt from six steps down to three, image and script loading was optimised, and infrastructure moved to AWS with CDN-level caching.
